Our Vision and Foundations
Israel in The Nations - The Love and Justice Project was born out of a divine vision to promote justice, reconciliation and support for Israel at a critical time. Israel advocacy has been at the forefront of our lives and work for 5 decades, and has shaped our perspectives, our lives and our mission. This is a timely response to anti-Jewish, anti-Semitic and anti-Israel lies spread by modern media channels.
As Jewish believers in Messiah Yeshua, we have been a living testimony to the truths of the Scriptures seeking to reverse the misconceptions many Christians have concerning Israel. Our focus is to share the truth and to be a living example of what it means to live lives pleasing to God. Finally, we serve to share the Messiah with our Jewish people.
Leadership and Direction
For the past 7 years, John Glueck has served as director of the Love and Justice Project and elder, leading our team in Brazil. We work in connection with the House of Prayer Yeshua congregation, founded by Jewish and Arab believers in Jesus in 2000.
Our ministry is based on the principles described in the book of Acts, emphasizing 'prayer + fellowship + breaking of bread'. We have witnessed hundreds of people being transformed and rescued from darkness, slavery, drugs and violence. Their restored lives are testimonies to the life-changing word of God, Yeshua, the savior.

Historical and Spiritual Context

Our most recent outreach was strongly influenced by two significant events:
• Developments in the Christian world that have opened for leadership advocating for servant leadership structures of integrity and transparency.
• The October 7, 2023 attacks against Israel by Hamas/Iran/Hezbollah, which intensified our conviction to support the our own Jewish people.
We believe that God is moving His people into a new season of greater integrity, transparency and biblical support for Israel. We are also committed to the structure given in the book of Acts, servant leadership, and the Holy Spirit's direction for this specific time.
Our Work in Brazil: Rio Mission Base

For more than 12 years, we have been serving underprivileged communities in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro through Rio Mission Base. Our mission mainly serves the Tuiuti and Mangueira regions, low-income areas that face poverty and violence on a daily basis.
'For exactly 21 years, we have been serving the Kingdom of God and setting up a Mission Base in São Cristóvão, Rio de Janeiro, which works to educate and transform people through the preaching of the word, study and professional training.'
Vision for the Future

By 2025, we are expanding our vision to:

Establish a coffee shop as a public place for the community and meeting/office space

Connect the teachings of Bill Branch with those of John Glueck

Develop our online and physical presence in the Kansas City metropolitan area

Strengthen contact with the local Jewish community

Train people in urban missions and empowered evangelism

Acquire the building we currently rent in Brazil
